I want to go on the World Race because I want to drastically grow in my faith and help others at the same time. Although I love going to church on Sundays and life groups during the week; I believe God has called me to so much more. I want to be His disciple and give everything I have to helping spread the Gospel. I want to be a steward for His plans on this Earth and I believe that means taking a big leap of faith and going on this trip. I believe God gave me the gifts to do this and I've prayed over and over about it and I feel God wants me to challenge myself and my faith by making disciples and helping His people all around the world. There’s a lot of suffering in this world and I want to do what I can to help through Christ because I’ve learned that Jesus is the only way to true joy. I’ve tried the stereotypical sinful lifestyle that modern society embellishes and if there’s anything I’ve learned it’s that God is the only way to feel true, deep love and joy. I want to give others the love that God gives me.

I also want to go on this trip to further my relationship with God. My relationship with Him has always grown through my toughest trials and I’ve heard from World Racers I talked to that this will be tough, but you will grow so much spiritually and your relationship with God will be stronger. I'm so excited for this opportunity to grow and help others!
